The Holl Complete Satisfaction
Holl guarantees your complete satisfaction with both the workmanship
and the materials of our exclusive products. If you are not satisfied
with any Holl product simply return it for a prompt credit, refund
No-Cost Exchange or Adjustment
The Holl Complete Satisfaction policy is designed to expedite and
simplify what is necessary to assure your total satisfaction. In
the event that you discover a Holl product to be defective in manufacture
or materials, or in any way to not be made according to your written
order specifications, Holl will promptly correct the error either
by alteration or replacement, at no cost to you.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason with a Holl product you may
return it for a credit or refund of the purchase price.* To be eligible
for refund you must simply notify us via email within 15 days of
your receipt of the shipment of your wish to return the purchase,
and the item must not have been worn, washed or damaged in any way.
Holl will arrange to have the item picked up. Return shipping and
handling costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
*Personalized products: The only products for which we are unable to offer a cash refund are personalized garments (including belts) which cannot be re-sold due to custom tailoring using non-standard measurements (belts included) or a personal monogram.
How to Return a Purchase
To return a product for alteration, exchange, credit or refund you
must notify Holl by email of your reason for dissatisfaction within
15 days of your receipt of the shipment and request a Merchandise
Return Authorization form (MRA). No return can be processed for
any reason without the completed MRA form. You will receive the
MRA via email for completion and inclusion with your return. Full
instructions for preparation of the merchandise for pick-up will
be provided on the MRA form.
